Varisys offers a complete electronic and mechanical design service under one roof. This integrated approach means our clients don't have to manage the design of their PCB and enclosure across two organisations reducing costs, and shortening development time.

The VCP6 is a great example of the close co-operation between the electronic and mechanical design teams, and the use of compatible tools, enables the PCB and mechanical designs to be developed collaboratively. This tight integration yields shorter design times and consistant results.

The use of high performance processor variants for embedded applications means that thermal modelling is needed to assure that our designs function in all the specified environmental conditions.

Manufacturing

Our PCB and mechanical designs are prepared with manufacture, assembly and product lifecycle managment in mind. For small batch quantities we assemble and test units on-site. For larger volume manufacturing requirements assembly of PCB's is outsourced to one of our quality assured CEM partners.
