3D Mechanical design

Specializing in heatsinks, enclosures and general product design aesthetics the mechanical design team at Varisys are able to work hand in hand with their hardware design colleagues. This ensures that poject development timescales are minimized by developing the mechanical elements of the system in parallel with PCB layout.

From conception Varisys use standard 3D modelling software packages produce photo-realistic models to enable our clients to visualize how their end product might look. The 3D CAD models are used for rapid prototype models and for integration into other parts of the final system. We are also able to offer component costings, engineering drawings as well as component manufacture in prototype and volume quantities.
