PCB layout
Using the latest layout and simulation tools, Varisys are able to provide an efficient layout service that guarantees results. Varisys have the ability to import schematics from compatible tools and manage your project through to completion. Whether you require a board to operate in extreme harsh environments or require that cost is kept to a minimum, through experience and innovation we can provide a solution that works.

Backed by a team of experienced design engineers our procurement department can ensure that parts are available to meet you build schedule no matter how demanding. Managing the supply chain is just the start, suggesting design changes to cost engineer products or alternative parts where possible all count towards our value add procurement service.

Printed Circuit Board assembly
Varisys are able to provide fast Track prototyping and medium to high volume technically advanced surface mount PCB assembly. With leading-edge SMT technology (QFN's/LGA's, CSP's, µBGA's down to 01005's.) and outstanding technical support, logistics, quality and customer service, Varisys services clients at the cutting edge of electronic technology.

3D Mechanical Design
Varisys have the capability to design complex components or assemblies and evaluate best methods of manufacture. The resulting mages, drawings and animations are excellent marketing tools for discussion prior to manufacture and the feedback can be important to make final adjustments. Model files can be quickly refined to suit the changing specifications with a fast track to prototype using 3D printing methods if appropriate.

Mechanical part production
Varisys are able to provide a prototype manufacturing capability from 3D printing to machining of a small number of parts for trials. Once the concept has been proved then a roadmap to volume manufacture can be provided. Depending on the complexity of the part and the material that might be in the UK or using one of our approved facilities overseas.
