The VSM2 is a highly flexible IEEE P1386 PMC module carrier for PCI add-in (PC based) and standalone applications. The VSM2 has sites for two PMC modules and special support for Processor PMC applications. The VSM2 includes multiple integrated low profile fans for improved cooling performance. External (PMC bezel) I/O connections may be made through the PCI I/O bracket or in the retainer area. P14 user I/O signals for one of the sites may be accessed via a DIN41612 connector with a VITA standard (VME P2) pin out.
